This ministry is comprised of Catholic women devoted to Our Lady of Guadalupe at OLMM. The objective of Guadalupanos is to promote among its members a deep knowledge and love for Jesus Christ and the perseverance of being faithful disciples who follow the example of their most devoted disciple, their Blessed Mother, under the title of Our Lady of Guadalupe. This discipleship is demonstrated by deepening the gift of faith and professing and practicing this faith, as taught by the Roman Catholic Church, especially as expressed in the Liturgy.
The members at our parish strive to be models of commitment to God’s love by praying the Rosary in a community of love for our Lady. Through our devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe, the members aspire to be more effective and productive members of the mission of our parish.
Members devote their time and talent for various fundraising efforts and activities year-round to support their highlight event in which they sponsor Our Lady of Guadalupe Mass, celebrated every December on or about her Feast Day of December 12th. Everyone is invited on the 12th of each month to pray the Rosary with the Guadalupanas in the Church.
