Baptized Catholics married outside the church may apply for a "Lack of Form" annulment. We will need a copy of the final divorce decree, the marriage certificate, and a recently issued copy of your baptismal certificate. (All non-repeatable Sacraments are recorded at the church of baptism.) If you have children from this marriage, you will also need to show proof that you are contributing to their support. When you have gathered the documents, call the rectory and make an appointment with Deacon Fred Rios.
Church marriages may qualify for a formal annulment as well. Gather the above documents and make an appointment with the deacon.
